Office hours
Due to being a small school, Marburg has limited office hours. The school office opens at 8.00am and closes at 1.00pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri). Marburg has a school mobile that parents are encourage to use to get in contact.
Arrival at school
Students are not to arrive at school prior to 8.30am. Students who arrive at school before 8.30am sit underneath the building until the bell rings at 8.30am. Staff cannot be responsible for the care and well-being of students who arrive at school before this time. For this reason, it is not advisable for children to arrive at school earlier than necessary.
The school day
8.30am - Bell for students to be released from undercover area. Students are able to play on handball courts.
8.50am - Bell for students to move to line up underneath the building and begin class.
11.00am - Bell for start of first break. Move to eating areas.
11.15am - Bell for students to be released from eating areas.
11.40am - Bell to signify first break will end in five minutes. Move to classrooms.
11.45am - Bell for start of middle session.
1.15pm - Bell for start of second break. Move to eating areas.
1.25pm - Bell for students to be released from eating areas.
1.40pm - Bell to signify second break will end in five minutes. Move to classrooms.
1:45pm - Bell for start of afternoon session.
3.00pm - Bell for end of school day.
At dismissal
Children should leave the grounds promptly after dismissal from class.
Parents collecting children should do so before 3.15pm.
